GGMind is NOT a medical service, healthcare provider, or clinical service. It is a game. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
GGMind stores game state in your browser's localStorage — a storage area that only your browser can access on your device. This is exactly like a save file in a video game. We never see it, touch it, or upload it anywhere.
Here is every piece of data stored, and why:
None of this data contains your real name, email, location, date of birth, or any information that could identify you as a real person. Your warrior name is fictional — you can use any name you want.

GGMind loads one external resource: the Google Fonts API to load the Space Grotesk typeface. This means Google's servers receive a request for the font file, which may include your IP address as part of normal web infrastructure. This is standard across almost all websites. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy
No other third-party scripts, trackers, CDNs, or APIs are loaded.
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
Access your data — Open your browser DevTools (F12) → Application → Local Storage → your site URL. All your GGMind data is visible there in plain text.
Correct your data — You can edit any localStorage value directly in DevTools, or reset it by clearing storage.
Delete your data — See instructions below. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Complain about a privacy breach — Contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
Because everything is stored locally on your device, you are in full control. To permanently delete all GGMind data:
F12 (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Option+I (Mac)Application tab at the top of DevToolsLocal Storage, then click your GGMind site URLggmind_ — right-click any one and choose Clear AllThis is immediate and permanent. Your progress, warrior card, and mood history will be reset to zero. There is no backup because nothing was ever sent to a server.

GGMind does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including minors. Because we collect no personal data whatsoever, there is no specific risk to children's privacy beyond what is described above.
Parents and guardians of under-15 users are encouraged to review the game with their child and discuss the difference between in-game wellness content and professional mental health support.

If we ever make a meaningful change to how data is handled — for example, if we add accounts or analytics in a future version — we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. We will never retroactively change how previously collected data is used.
